Data Deletion Instructions

ON.FLOW CRM allows users to request deletion of their account and personal data.

How to request deletion

  1. Send an email to contato@onflowstudio.com with the subject ON.FLOW CRM Data Deletion Request.
  2. Include the email address used in ON.FLOW CRM and the organization name.
  3. We will confirm your identity and process the request.
Requests are normally completed within 30 days. Some records may be retained only when required by law, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, or security obligations.

Google and WhatsApp connections

Google integrations can also be disconnected from ON.FLOW CRM account settings. You may revoke Google access directly in your Google Account. WhatsApp messages and business data handled through ON.FLOW CRM are deleted according to the request above and applicable Meta platform policies.
