These Terms of Service describe the rules for accessing and using ON.FLOW CRM, a private CRM and operations workspace provided for authorized users.
1. Use of the Service
ON.FLOW CRM may be used only by authorized users. Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure and for using the service in accordance with applicable laws.
2. Account Access
Administrators may create, update, suspend or remove user accounts and permissions. Users must not share credentials or attempt to access information outside their authorized role.
3. Customer and Business Data
Users are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the client, project, financial and operational information they enter into ON.FLOW CRM.
4. Google Integrations
Google integrations are optional and require user authorization through Google's OAuth consent screen. Users may disconnect their Google Account from ON.FLOW CRM or revoke access through Google Account settings at any time.
5. Acceptable Use
- Do not use the service to violate laws or third-party rights.
- Do not attempt to bypass access controls, rate limits or security protections.
- Do not upload malicious code or interfere with service operation.
- Do not use Google data for purposes not described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Availability and Changes
ON.FLOW CRM may be updated, improved or temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, infrastructure changes or security needs.
7. Data Protection
ON.FLOW CRM uses technical and organizational measures to help protect account, CRM and integration data. Details are available in the Privacy Policy.
8. Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated if a user violates these Terms, leaves the organization, or no longer needs access to the workspace.
